Mindelphi strives to provide the best online therapy experience. This Refund Policy ensures that you receive fair treatment and clear guidelines for refund and cancellation processes. By following these policies, we aim to maintain a high standard of service and support for all our clients.

- You/Your: Refers to you as a Registered User.
- Mindelphi/We/Us/Company/Our: Refers to Mindelphi Private Limited.
- Registered User: Any individual who has completed the registration process for services offered by Mindelphi by paying the requisite fees.
Eligibility for Refund
As a Registered User, you can invoke this Refund Policy under the following conditions:

Accounting Errors
If your account is charged more than the actual fee for the booked session.

Service Deficiencies
If the professionals do not provide, the company validates the service and your feedback post-investigation.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding the existence of a defect or deficiency, Mindelphi’s decision shall be final. Issues not explicitly mentioned in this policy are not covered. If the reported deficiency is curable, we may re-perform the services instead of refunding.
Refund Request Period
All refund claims must be made within five (5) days of receiving the services/ or the date when the services were supposed to be received. Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at support@mindelphi.com. Claims made through other methods will not be entertained. Once we receive your claim, we will determine its validity and eligibility. We will communicate the extent of the refund and the tentative date by which you can expect it.
Processing Time
We strive to respond to refund requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Generally, refunds are processed within 30 days from the date of approval. Delays in crediting the refund may occur due to banking processes.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Commitment
Our counselors allocate their exclusive time for your scheduled appointments. It is crucial to respect their time and the opportunity for other clients.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session. Turn up to avoid a non-refundable session cancellation, requiring you to purchase a new session for rebooking.
Late Arrival
Session durations, start times, and end times are fixed. If you arrive late, you will not receive additional time. Arriving at most 10 minutes late will result in session cancellation.
Counselor Cancellations
If a counselor cancels an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, they will provide an alternative slot in place of the canceled session.
